Browsing and hosting
The website and its downloadable documents are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Access involves technical data such as your IP address, the requested page, date and time, and browser information. Hosting logs support delivery, security and troubleshooting. Fonts, images and product documents are served directly by this website.
Contact enquiries
The form collects the name and email address you enter, your message, selected products, enquiry type and language. These details are used to answer your enquiry and handle any subsequent business relationship. The message is sent through Infomaniak to Pronova’s Microsoft 365 mailbox. Authorised team members and technical service providers may access data as required for their work. Please do not send patient information, medical records or other sensitive health data. This form is not an emergency or medical advice service.
Protection against automated abuse
Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded when you use the contact form or request the protected telephone number. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address and browser/device information, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Our application does not send your form message to the Turnstile verification service. A keyed hash of the IP address and a request counter enforce a 15-minute limit; expired entries are removed on the next verification request. See the Turnstile privacy notice.
Service providers and international processing
Infomaniak provides the Swiss web hosting and message delivery service. Microsoft provides the recipient mailbox; Cloudflare provides abuse prevention. Microsoft and Cloudflare operate international services, including in the United States. Processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards depend on the service and contractual arrangements; their notices describe international processing and safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Cookies, retention and security
The website does not integrate advertising trackers or an audience analytics script. The language is selected through the page URL. Turnstile may use technical browser mechanisms for security. Messages remain in the company’s correspondence systems for handling the enquiry, any follow-up, and applicable business or legal retention needs. This does not mean that every message is kept for a fixed legal period. The contact application does not keep a separate database of messages. HTTPS protects transmission; access controls protect administration. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and external documents
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing where provided by law. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. We may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. External links lead to services with their own privacy rules. Manufacturer documents may contain their own contact details. This notice may be updated when the website or its services change.
